RP Wellness Transactional SMS Program

By providing your mobile phone number and actively opting in to text messages from RP Wellness LLC, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your account, orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, and customer care. The SMS program does not send marketing or solicitation messages.

Web-form enrollment requires you to actively select an unchecked-by-default consent checkbox on our public SMS consent page, at checkout, or in account settings. No account or purchase is required to use the public form. Merely providing a phone number, creating an account, or making a purchase does not constitute SMS consent. We retain a timestamped consent record that includes the enrollment source, phone number, disclosure version, and available technical audit information so we can document and honor your choice.

• No Marketing Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
